Our business terms for our Buy Time service

Use of the WPCTO Buy Times service is governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Introduction By purchasing the “Buy Time” service from WPCTO, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Service Overview The “Buy Time” service allows you to purchase support hours that can be used across all WPCTO services, including consultancy, quick fixes, ongoing advice, and more. The minimum purchase is 4 hours.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • For applicable services, no work will commence until payment is received in full.
  • All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Use of Purchased Hours

  • Purchased hours can be used for any service offered by WPCTO.
  • Hours must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Unused hours will expire 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded.

5. What is Included

  • Access to WPCTO’s expert team for consultancy, advice, and technical support.
  • Priority response and faster resolution times for all service requests.
  • Comprehensive support covering all aspects of WordPress, including servers, email systems, and website performance.

6. What is Not Covered

  • The service does not include third-party software or hardware costs.
  • WPCTO is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services or products not provided by WPCTO.
  • Emergency services requiring immediate attention outside of normal business hours may incur additional charges.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • WPCTO aims to respond to all support requests within 1 business day.
  • Resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • WPCTO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the “Buy Time” service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the “Buy Time” service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to WPCTO.
  • You must ensure that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Termination

  • WPCTO reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the “Buy Time” service for any user who violates these terms and conditions or engages in unlawful or prohibited activities.

11. Changes to Terms

  • WPCTO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the WPCTO website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Additional Charges for Extended Support Requests:

  • WPCTO reserves the right to charge additional fees for support requests that take longer than initially anticipated or where the work required exceeds the scope defined in the original service agreement. If it becomes apparent that the amount paid under the selected service does not cover the work involved, we will notify you of the additional costs before proceeding. You will have the option to accept the revised scope and charges or to terminate the request.
